Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Each order is baked fresh, and if your order was placed Mon. thru Thurs., we aim to have your cookies baked and shipped within 2-3 buisness days. If your will take longer to ship, we will email you to inform you! We do not ship orders out Friday thru Sunday to avoid your cookies sitting idle in transit. 

If you needed your cookies shipped sooner for a special reason, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can do our best to meet your request.

Q: How long to the items stay fresh?

A: Our Cookies have a long shelf life of about 4 months due to being low moisture, and our light blocking packaging. Once the bagged is opened, they should list about 2-3 weeks before getting stale depending on the humidity in the air. They can be refreshed by being baked in the oven at 300F for 5 to 8 min!

Q: Do you all any Margarine in your cookies?

A: Absolutely not! We are a premium brand and we make no excuses for cheapening our desserts. We pride ourselves on our authentic 100% Butter Cookies recipe, just like they used to make at Chicago Public Schools!

Q: My cookies came broken?

A: We are so sorry your cookies didn’t come whole! We try our absolute best to pack each order carefully and with plenty of cushion, but due to the crisp nature of our cookies, some may break in transit. Please contact us if your order comes unreasonably crumbled, and we will do our best to rectify things!

Q: Will you all ever have any more flavors/desserts?

A: Absolutely! We are a small business and our goal is to expand our offerings at a rate that never compromises quality. We want each and every item we offer to be top tier, and what we don’t want is a huge menu of lack luster desserts for the sake of having a large menu. More flavors are coming very soon!

Q: What is your Refund Policy?

A: As all cookies are made to order, they are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund/return. We are, however, deeply committed to your satisfaction, so if your order is damaged/you are not satisfied, please contact us at orders@sigsweetsfac.com as soon as possible so we can make things right!
